The 2025 Pan Project features an American-themed show titled “O, America.” Our team has worked diligently to design a performance that reflects the historical, cultural, and overall identity and spirit of America, intentionally setting aside political differences. The goal is to remind our community of the shared pride we hold in our nation’s heritage, acknowledging the good, the bad, and the complex aspects of American history.
Through this project, we hope participants and audience members alike will leave with a renewed sense of optimism and reverence for the origins and identity of our country. More importantly, we aim to inspire motivation toward healing and unity during these times of political divide and unrest.
Performance and Tech Dates:
- July 19-21, 2025 (Attendance required)
By registering, you agree to be present for all performance and tech dates. If you cannot attend one or more of these dates but still wish to participate, please fill out the registration form and contact us as soon as possible at thepanprojectaz@gmail.com.
Rehearsal Schedule:
Rehearsal dates will be announced soon based on votes collected during registration. The current plan includes a few spread-out rehearsals beginning in early May, transitioning to weekly rehearsals by mid-June.
We understand that some participants may be out of town for certain rehearsals. This will not disqualify you from participating, but we ask that you communicate your availability clearly starting with your registration and prioritize attendance when possible.
Who Can Join?
Registration is open to anyone who can comfortably play the majority of the music in the orchestra. There is no specific age minimum. For questions or clarifications about the ensemble, please contact us at thepanprojectaz@gmail.com.

We welcome a wide variety of instruments, including but not limited to:
- Strings
- Brass
- Woodwinds
- Percussion
- Keyboard
- Guitar
